Everyone is different. What works for one may not work for another. I believe why my blood remains clear (as long as I run Spooky2 frequency generator not just “Rife”) is because of the other things I am taking which I will list here but also, it works for me because I “believe” it does. Sounds really stupid, huh? Bruce Lipton, a Biochemist who scientifically proved that our cells perform based on our beliefs in his book, “The Biology of Belief”, a really good read, by the way. We can’t read all these frightful posts and become fearful and know “it’s going to happen or is happening to me”. Guess what, it will happen for sure because you are helping to create it.
I know, because it was happening to me. I was so fearful to travel on a plane, etc. that it happened. Yes the argument could be, it has nothing to do with your beliefs, it’s just happening, happening to all of us. However, I assure you, it’s not happening to all of us. Now he did say, that somehow the Covid Era has exacerbated it but he believes it’s not because of it like so many others think. Well frankly, who knows. But I choose to believe him over others because of his history with it.Anyway, here are some helpful items to prevent abnormal blood clotting; (References provided upon request)
Spirulina, Royal Jelly, High consumption of Oily Fish (be careful not farm raised, but fish is questionable because of heavy metals), sardines (can be high in arsenic), Bilberry (700 mg per day), cantaloupe, purple grapes, kiwi fruit, pineapple, caterpillar fungus, Chinese Black Tree Fungus, Reishi Mushrooms. Herbs of; Andrographis, Cat’s Claw. Chili, Cocoa (don’t go crazy with chocolate though), Feverfew, Ginkgo biloba, ginger, Goats Rue, Gotu Kola, Green Tea, Guarana, Parsley, Peony, Sage, Sanchi Ginseng, Skullcap, Turmeric* (See note below), Usnea, Yarrow. Fishoils (3,600 mg per day but again be careful of the quality of these and many can be rancid or the gel cap is toxic. There is only one company I trust to make Fishoils, that is Biotic’s Research), Flax Seed oil, Garlic oil, Olive oil, Perilla oil. Others: Wakame, Grape Seed Extract, Garlic, Green Peas, Onions, Tomatoes. Capsaicin, Alliin, Arginine, , Taurine, Theanine, chondroitin (3,000 mg daily), Glucosamine, Lycopene, Enzymes of plasmin, proteases (on an empty stomach), pycnogenol, Oligomeric Proanthocyanins, Rutin, folic acid, Vitamin A, Nicotinic Acid form of Vitamin B3, Vitamin B6, Vitamin E, selenium, Carnosine.
Note*, Be sure and read a book called “Food Forensics” by Michael Adams who tests thousands of supplements and food with a Mass spectrometer and found lead and other toxic metals. He gives a list, Turmeric is one that is mostly toxic.
Here is a list of Substances that inhibit abnormal blood clotting; N-Acetyl-Cysteine (inhibit and reverses abnormal clotting), Fucoidan, Enzyme of Brinase (dissolves blood clots), Bromelain, Lumbrokinase, Nattokinase (but only use the one that has Soy removed from it called Nattokinase Pro from Enzyme Science), Papain, Trypsin, Serrapeptase, Resveratrol, Magnesium, Vanadium, Vitamin C ( use Liposomal form), Apigenin, Alpha-Tocopherol, Gamma-Tocopherol.
These may Increase the Risk of Blood Clotting; Excessive Homocysteine, excessive consumption of Fructose or Sucrose, Free Radicals, excessive platelet aggregating factor, excessive consumption of Arachidonic Acid (from excessive consumption of meat), long-chain Saturated Fatty Acids, Trans-Fatty Acids, Infection of H-Pylori, chronically elevated Norepinephrine, cox-2 Inhibitors, Conjugated Estrogens, High C-reactive protein, Excessive Fibrin or Fibrinogen, Excessive conversion of Prothrombin to Thrombin, excessive Alcohol, tobacco smoking however many have found benefit in long Covid from Nicotine (use an herb called Lobelia instead). I point these out because there are many researchers showing their blood and saying this and that works or doesn’t work but you have to know their lifestyle and their medical history to determine if what they are saying works, is true. You might see someone who shows over and over that something doesn’t work but they have an infection of H-Pylori (it may be asymptomatic) that is part of what is causing clotting and they are blaming it on the Covid shot or shedding or geoengineering. I am not saying that these are not a causative factor, I am just saying, please look at the whole picture.
Here is what I am taking, I believe it is part of why my blood stays clear, but honestly, we don’t know. If we had been dealing with this for years upon years, well then we would know because we have that history. We don’t have a history of plastic blood clots, as you know.
My supplements:
Thyroid support which includes a perfectly balanced optimized thyroid blood lab (9 tests not just one).
Chondroitin and glucosamine, IFC by Cellcore for inflammation(it has fulvic acid in it), ionic minerals, B6/B1, B12, Digestive enzymes with meals (High dose), Ningxia Red antioxidant, Adrenal Px Bal from Restorative Formulas with Hawthorne, Menofem from Xymogen in the morning.
Evening, 2 Chlorocaps from Biotics, NAC, Calcium, 2000 mg vitamin C, Digestive enzymes, and the IFC.
I don’t have gut infections or excessive meat, etc. in the list above. I don’t do fructose (I only eat fruit one time a day) or sucrose. I don’t drink alcohol, ever. I am not on any pharmaceuticals, none and will always try to never be on them. I am grain free, all organic food (all though there are issues with organic food now too), grass fed, etc., Clean diet.

I wanted to share some natural items that help to inhibit blood clotting. When deciding to take any of these, be careful, that you are not on too many inhibitors. Also when looking for supplements, be sure and always look at the “other ingredients”. Avoid fillers like, grains, rice flour, Maltodextrin (usually from modified corn) are a few examples.
Thank you for this information. I read a study years ago about people who pray over their food and medications/supplements and those who don't. The people who prayed had much better results across the board. Whether the study was legit or not I can't verify, of course. I believe it's true.
We have no idea how we "work". I believe that's why "their plans" won't work.

I’m hesitant to take supplements after seeing what ALTERNATIVE ROOTS discovered when looking at some supplements under a microscope. Have you looked at any supplements under a microscope to make sure they aren’t blinking with quantum dots?
