I remembered that
had said that he couldn’t find a saline solution that was clean. A patient was using a Netti-Pot with recurrent sinus infections. Netti-Pots come with packets of Saline to squirt right up the nose. So at her request to view under the microscope, here are the photo’s after 9 hours from Dark Field Microscopy. Tell me what you think…I kept wondering if by chance the cover slips are made of pressed glass that would cause the salt crystals when drying to fall into possible cracks. I use Globe Scientific Brand cover glass. I called them and they guided me to this brochure.
https://www.globescientific.com/
From Their brochure:
“Globe Scientific's Diamond White Glass microscope slides are made from chemically pure white glass sheets. The glass offers a low iron content which results in superior transparency, very low self-fluorescence and no color distortion. The special composition of the glass provides minimal oxidation, which ensures sample integrity during long-term storage. Increased hardness and molecular stability of the slide surface guarantees more accurate experimental results.”
Needless to say, I don’t think these findings have anything to do with the slides or coverslips. I guess we have to view everything we want to put into our wonderful bodies before we use it. And the viewing has to be for hours to see what gets created, it doesn’t happen instantly. Sad that we even have to worry about it.
In good dark field I could see extremely the extremely dense lawns of colloidal particles with more nano particles floating. After a short while the larger artifacts form more so as you have pictured. Nice effort. David Nixon had some friends taking prescribed eye drops, she began getting migraines and poor vision with odd pains. They took the drops to David and he zoomed me with them present, the visuals were absolutely shocking. Nothing should be in these drops. All labelled contents are soluble in solution. It was extremely clear that these drops were also soiled.
Most people use their pots without proper cleaning in between use. I have read published literature that states that sinus infections can be started by these pots.
